Shopping
Browse through the site using the section menu on the left or use the search box on the top right to find the items you want.
You can add items to your Shopping Basket by clicking the "Add To Basket" button on the item page. You can view the items in your Shopping Basket at any time, by using the Mini Basket on at the top of the menu on the left, or by clicking the "Basket" link on the left menu which appears after you have added your first rug to the basket. Here you can see what is in your basket and the total, change the numbers of items you have added, or remove items.
When you have finished shopping, click on 'Checkout'. You will now be asked to log into your account, or create an account with us (this is a simple procedure and only takes a minute!) You will then be taken to the checkout screen, where you can follow the on screen instructions to complete your order and make payment.

Your Account
To place an order with us you will need to create an account, which is a simple and quick procedure.
Click on 'Open an account' link on the left menu and you will be taken to a short form. Simply follow the on screen instructions and fill in your details. Your billing and delivery details will be stored here (please note, we do not store your payment details for your security).
Your recently viewed products will be stored when when you make an account. When you have ordered, you can access your Order History, which gives you details on the order and the order status (for example, processing or dispatched). You will also have access to various store features such as product reviews and wish lists for your personal use.

Delivery and Shipping
We aim to dispatch all rugs within
5 working days of your payment being approved. However on the rare occurrence that your rug is out of stock you will be notified ASAP and offered the option to either cancel your order or put it on back order should you choose to wait.
If you have any questions about your order please
contact us and we will do all we can to resolve any problems.
A signature is required by our couriers as proof of delivery, therefore we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. If nobody is home to receive and sign for the delivery, the parcel may be left with a neighbour, at the driver’s discretion, or a card will be left with instructions for collecting your rug from a local depot or Post Office.
Note: We will ask your credit card company for an authorisation for the total amount of your order. Your credit card will actually be charged once your order has dispatched. However if paying by Debit Card or Paypal your account will be charged straight away as we have no control over Debit Card or Paypal transactions so we would like to apologise for the inconvenience in advance.

Tracking Your Order
Once we have dispatched your order you can track your order by visiting the Parcelforce website
http://www.parcelforce.com/track-trace or calling the Parcelforce Helpdesk on 08448 00 44 66 (Option 2) with your tracking reference which will be provided in your order dispatch confirmation email and on your order history once you sign into your account.

If you are unhappy with your rug and wish to return it for any particular reason please
contact us by email or telephone. Once we confirm your return, please securely package your rug so that it isn't damaged in transit we can then arrange a collection or you can send it via your own transport. Upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of the rug we will offer a refund less the delivery charges or exchange.
On occasion a rug may be faulty from factory if this is the case please
contact us immediately and we will arrange for collection at our expense and exchange the rug for a new one or you or you can choose to have a refund less the delivery charges
The package should include a cover note with your name, address, order number, and nature of return.

Note:
- Whilst every effort is made to accurately reproduce images of our products, different monitor settings can have an effect on the appearance of colours. However We will accept refunds on incorrect colour shades but they will not be deemed to be faulty.
- The cost of carriage is the responsibility of the customer unless the order arrives damaged or faulty
- Shedding is a natural characteristic of Wool and Acrylic rugs this is not a fault in the rug please consider this when making your choice.
- Any returns outside of our 7 day period will be considered on case by case basis
All Rugs must be sent back in the original condition as new so they can be resold

- Simplay Rugs does not match against refurbished products.
- We can only match against an auction website such as Ebay if the listing has a "buy it now price" and not an auction
- The Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to obvious pricing errors
- The Lowest Price Guarantee applies to the total purchase price of the item.
- We may not be able to issue a price match if the item is on sale or clearance.
