Switched to Paypal for our Payment Processor

We have switched over to Paypal from Barclays ePDQ as our Payment processor one of the reasons was the rising cost of running Barclays as opposed to Paypal. We also wish to protect our customers from fraud which we believe Paypal is much better at than our previous Credit Card Processor.
