We aim to dispatch all rugs within 3 working days of your payment being approved (usually one day) unless the item is direct from manufacturer then please allow for 2 weeks for delivery

UK Mainland – England, Wales and parts of Scotland (Mainland), excluding Highlands and Islands

Tracking Your Order
You will receive an e-mail when you rug is dispatched along with a consignment number and link to the courier web-site, allowing the delivery to be tracked online.
If you are unhappy with your rug and wish to return it please contact us by email or telephone.
Once we confirm your return, please securely package your rug so that it isn’t damaged in transit
Upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of the rug we will offer a full refund of the purchase price (less any delivery charges) or exchange if there is another available in stock
Non Faulty Returns
Buyers are responsible for paying the cost of return carriage. We would recommend using a tracked and insured service for your return.
Should the item(s) be faulty on receipt we will pay for the cost of return carriage however buyers are still responsible for making sure the items reach us safely in order to process refunds
The package should include a cover note with your name, address, order number, and reason for return to the following address
