Simplay Rugs provides several different methods of payment for you to choose from. Payment in full is required before any goods are shipped.
BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD
You can use all the major credit and debit cards to make a payment, excluding American Express

All cards are securely processed through Barclaydcard, our online payment system. Barclaycard has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). They adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening ensuring that our customer's details remain secure throughout the transaction process.
All your transactions with this method of payment are conducted in 'secure sessions' using the financial industry's Secure Socket Layer (SSL) standards with 256-bit encryption. You should check that your browser is compatible with SSL encryption. This is often indicated by a 'closed lock' icon at the bottom of your screen.
Your credit card details are always encrypted and never sent via email or other insecure ways.
How:
Complete the checkout procedure on the site choosing Credit/Debit Card as your payment method. You will receive an initial email confirming that we have received your order along with a payment confirmation email. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is complete along with a tracking number.
BY PAYPAL
Paypal transfers financial data securely into the UK payments clearing system via dedicated telecommunications lines and proprietary banking software to ensure the integrity of our direct debit and credit payments. We process our credit card payments similarly.
Paypal employs qualified, independent auditors to review our security standards and practices on a regular basis to ensure that our software, operational practices and management controls meet the stringent standards of the UK financial industry.
How:
If you already have a Paypal account, then complete the checkout procedure on the site choosing Paypal as your payment method. You will be asked for your Paypal login details during checkout, just follow the online prompts to pay your invoice. Please remember to click the 'Return to Merchant' button on your payment confirmation page to be redirected to our site and view your invoice.
If you don't have a Paypal account, you can signup for one during the checkout process and use your credit or debit card to pay for your purchase. Joining the Paypal network is free and there are no fees associated with sending money.
BY CHEQUE OR MONEY/POSTAL ORDER:
Send us a Personal or Business Cheque, a Bankers Draft or Postal Order to pay for your purchases. Please be aware that your order will not be processed until the cheque clears in our bank account. This could take up to 5 working days.
How:
Complete the checkout procedure on the site choosing Offline Payment Methods. You will receive an initial email confirming that we have received your order along with instructions on how to complete your order.
Your cheque will be deposited on the day we receive it (Mon to Fri). Once the funds have been cleared in our account, you will receive an email notifying you that your payment has been processed and is being prepared for shipping. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been dispatched along with a tracking number.
PAY BY PHONE ORDER:
You may prefer to speak to one of our sales team and give your credit or debit card number over the phone.
How:
Simply place your order as normal and choose Offline Payment Methods and the instructions on how to complete your order will be on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email.
Please be aware that your order will not be processed until we receive your call and manually process your card.
