Delivery Charges - Per Order Not Per Rug
Zone 1 = £9.99 Delivery Per Order - England, Wales and parts of Scotland (Mainland), excluding Highlands and Islands.
Zone 2 = £19.99 Delivery Per Order - Scotland (Highlands & Islands) - IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.
Zone 3 = £19.99 Delivery Per Order - Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly - postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25.
Saturday Deliveries = Add £12.00 - Parcelforce surcharge for Saturday deliveries on top of the standard delivery rate for your zone
A signature is required by our couriers as proof of delivery, therefore we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. If nobody is home to receive and sign for the delivery, the parcel may be left with a neighbour, at the driver’s discretion, or a card will be left with instructions for collecting your rug from a local depot or Post Office.

Tracking Your Order
In most cases, customers will receive an e-mail when their rug is dispatched, along with a consignment number and link to the courier web-site, allowing the delivery to be tracked online which will be provided in your order dispatch confirmation email and on your order history once you sign into your account.
Delivery Timescales
We aim to dispatch all rugs within 5 working days of your payment being approved. However on the rare occurrence that your rug is out of stock you will be notified ASAP and offered the option to either cancel your order or put it on back order should you choose to wait.A signature is required by our couriers as proof of delivery, therefore we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
